Preparing for your New Year Resolutions

I'm here to help you write and plan your New Year Resolutions to ensure success in all areas of your life!

The 7 areas to set goals are: Physical, Spiritual, Intellectual, Career, Financial, Social and Family. In each of these areas you want to have a S.M.A.R.T. goal. 

S-Specific, M-Measurable, A-Attainable, R-Realistic and T-Time

For example, in the physical aspect of my life I will ride 82 miles of the Tour De Blast on June 23, 2018 in 8 hours or less. This goal is specific, measured with the distance, attainable as I have done 50 miles of this ride, realistic for me and on a specific date within a time. Now I can set my training up and have accountability partners to help me reach my goal. You can do this with all 7 areas of life. 

The next key to success is creating a plan, sticking to the plan and finding an accountability partner who will help hold you to your plan when you don't "feel" like it. I find when I pay someone like a trainer or coach I am more likely to succeed. If you find that is not necessary then find a friend or partner. I promise this will increase your success rate dramatically.
